UK-wide, HybridThis is a rare opportunity to step into a Director-level cyber leadership role at a global technology powerhouse thats reinventing itself from the ground up with full backing to shape, grow, and lead a new wave of consulting-led cyber security services.Were looking for someone whos done the hard yards who has come through the technical ranks and now brings a powerful combination of cyber domain expertise, commercial acumen, and the ability to lead and win major transformation programmes.Youll be part of a leadership team building one of the most exciting cyber security consulting practices in the UK with serious investment, a flat structure, and zero red tape. Its your chance to build your own market, shape your own team, and deliver real impact across some of the most complex enterprise security challenges.What you''ll be doing:Taking a lead role in a fast-growing cyber consulting practice, scaling from 50 to 100+ this yearDefining and driving the cyber strategy across areas like IAM, DORA readiness, cloud security and AIOwning client relationships at CxO level and acting as a trusted advisor across sectors including FS, insurance, and utilitiesLeading business development efforts and securing major cyber transformation projectsSupporting talent development, practice leadership and global delivery build-outContributing to thought leadership and representing the business externallyWhat were looking for:A deep technical background in one or more of: IAM, Cloud Security, DORA, or AI SecurityExperience delivering complex cyber programmes not from an audit or GRC backgroundStrong commercial track record youve won big deals, led teams, and built trusted client relationshipsYouve worked in both legacy IT environments and more agile, modern consulting firms (e.g. a journey from DXC or Fujitsu into a PA, Deloitte, Accenture etc.)An entrepreneurial mindset and the desire to help shape something newWhy this, why now?This business is on an ambitious journey having recently split from one of the worlds most iconic technology brands, its now reimagining itself as a modern, consulting-led firm with security at the core of its value proposition.Theres huge global investment, a leadership team committed to change, and the freedom for senior leaders to define their own markets, build teams, and progress fast.You wont be boxed in by service lines or slowed down by red tape.
