A rare Part Time opportunity for a Finance Manager to join an established Private Equity firm in Mayfair and manage their day to day financial operations and reporting. This role is being offered on a 12 month fixed term contract basis and is a 2-3 day per week role.Client DetailsEstablished Private Equity firm with offices in the heart of Mayfair (Green Park / Bond Street).DescriptionReporting to the Managing Partner, the Part Time Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the day to day financial and transactional operations for the business: Core Accounting and BookkeepingRecord day-to-day financial transactions (e.g. invoices, receipts, payments)Maintain general ledger and reconcile accounts regularlyProcess accounts payable and receivableManage bank reconciliations and monitor cash flowPrepare journal entries and ensure accurate coding of transactionsReporting and ComplianceAssist with quarterly and annual financial reportingSupport audit preparation and liaise with external accountantsEnsure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirementsMaintain documentation for tax filings and financial disclosures Profile A strong background in Transactional Accounting / Bookkeeping, ideally within the Financial Services industry.Relevant professional accounting qualifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) or be Qualified by ExperienceAble to work on a Part Time basis - 2-3 days per weekA meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach to challenges.Job ..... full job details .....
