Insurance Administrator Temporary Appointment Glasgow Immediate Start Job Title: Insurance AdministratorLocation: Head Office, LinwoodHours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (37.5 hours/week, 30-minute unpaid break) About the RoleOur client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Insurance Administrator to join our dynamic insurance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in motor insurance claims handling who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively. Key Responsibilities•Process new motor and general insurance claims efficiently and accurately•Update internal insurance systems and maintain accurate records•Liaise with depot teams to gather and relay claims information•Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence as directed by the Insurance Manager and Senior Insurance Advisor•Maintain and organise insurance files, including scanning and photocopying•Update the Motor Insurance Database and manage the temporary vehicle register•Assist with subcontractor documentation and driving licence checks•Coordinate engineering inspection appointments About You:We''re looking for someone who brings a combination of experience, enthusiasm, and attention to detail.
