HR Business Partner

Were seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support a public organisation for an initial contract. Were seeking an interim HR Business Partner for an initial temporary contract starting in August initially until the end of September, but there are lots of changes and so potential for future for the right person. The role will focus on Employer Relations case work, including complex cases, working with the unions and with the leadership team.Supporting restructures of the teams, including consultations and potential redundancyProviding effective HR advice and support to management teams CandidatesWe are seeking an experienced HR Professional, Senior HR Advisor / HR Business Partner / HR Manager.Solid employer relations case work experiences including grievance, disciplinary, performance, investigations, Experience of change/consultations Experience of working with unions and complex environments Job evaluation is a bonus (Hay)CIPD level 5 / or 7 preferred but flexible if experienceOfferInitial 2 months temporary contract working via Hays on weekly time sheets. 1-2 days per week, either at Guildford or Godalming sites which are near train stations. 37-hour week.Whilst this is a short-term contract, there may be potential for longer-term contracts/roles If you''re interested in this role, click ''apply now'' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
