Tactical Field Sales Executive (Van Sales into Independent Retailers)

OverviewDue to exceptional client demand we need to urgently boost the number of Tactical Field Sales Executives (van sales). This is a sub-contractor role offering flexibility to cover other responsibilities. Flexforce manages regular and ad hoc distribution drives on behalf of our clients’ well-known brands. A van can be supplied for business use per campaign, or an allowance can be paid for use of your own reliable vehicle. A current driving licence is required.
Drive stock is collected from an allocated wholesale depot and directly sold to independent retailers in the allocated territory. Cash handling is required, so attention to detail and accurate record keeping are essential. Each Field Sales Executive is allocated a specific postcode region with a current store list, though opportunities may exist in other areas you know well.
Full information about each campaign, including targets, timescales, and reporting requirements, will be provided up front. Regular check-ins will ensure you are fully supported to complete the campaign.
Responsibilities
Drive stock from depot to independent retailers within the allocated territory and maintain accurate cash handling and records.
Operate as a sub-contractor and/or flexible contributor to cover other responsibilities as needed.
Respond to campaign details, targets, timescales, and reporting requirements provided up front; participate in regular support check-ins.
Work within a designated postcode region and leverage known stores or opportunities in new areas.
Qualifications
Experience in target-driven field sales and a proven track record of achieving results.
Current driving licence; ability to use a supplied van or operate with own vehicle as required by campaign.
Ability to handle cash and maintain accurate records.
