Hawthorn Academic Consulting .Insurance Surveyor / Contracts ManagerLocation: Kent (Dartford, Sevenoaks, Bromley, Maidstone) or EssexSalary: £55,000–£60,000 (DOE) + Company Car + BenefitsOur client, a contractor based in Essex, specialises in insurance reinstatement works following fire, flood, escape of water and subsidence damage. The role manages high value tendered claims from survey through completion, ensuring work is scoped, scheduled, and delivered efficiently and to high standards. You will oversee subcontractors, maintain budget control, and ensure compliance with Health and Safety/CDM regulations. You will be supported by a strong office admin team (diary management and WIP coordination).
