This is an exciting interim opportunity for an experienced senior Talent and Learning leader to shape and deliver an integrated people strategy that supports a modern, high-performing organisation. The role brings together strategic oversight of talent acquisition, leadership and capability development, succession planning, and early careers to create a seamless and engaging experience from attraction through to progression.As Head of Talent and Learning, you will design and implement a cohesive Talent Strategy that strengthens recruitment, resourcing and career development. You will ensure hiring processes are inclusive, efficient and reflective of organisational values, while using workforce insights and data to anticipate future skills needs and guide attraction and development activity. Building strong relationships across the organisation, you will work closely with leaders and People Business Partners to deliver timely, high-quality talent outcomes.You will lead the Learning and Development portfolio, shaping comprehensive plans that cover mandatory learning, professional development and leadership capability.
