This position combines working with the sales/AM team with oversight and management responsibility for CRM processes and systems and supporting marketing tools (Website, Social Media, etc ) Main duties and responsibilities Sales Support Monitor sales team productivity and performance metrics, providing regular insights to senior management on sales pipeline and account management activity Build and monitor customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction CRM Management Champion the implementation, maintenance, and optimisation of our CRM system to support sales efforts and enhance customer engagement and account management. Provide Super User support to business to enable full use of system Analyse CRM data to provide actionable insights for decision-making and process improvement Ensure data quality and integrity within the CRM system, maintaining high standards for customer information.
