HR Business Partner (12 month FTC)
This is a home-based HR Business Partner role supporting circa 400 employees across multiple UK sites within a fast-paced, operational environment. Reporting to the HR Director, you will focus primarily on Employee Relations while delivering hands-on generalist support and practical HR improvements across the business.Client DetailsThe company is an established, UK-wide operational business with a workforce of approximately 400 employees across multiple sites. It operates within a fast-paced, service-led environment and places strong emphasis on practical, people-focused HR support to underpin day-to-day operations and ongoing growth.DescriptionYou will:Manage a varied Employee Relations caseload including disciplinaries, grievances, absence and capabilitySupport both manager-led and HR-led ER processesProvide day-to-day generalist HR support across multiple UK sitesCoach and advise managers on HR policy and best practiceWrite and update HR policies and proceduresSupport probation reviews and performance management processesContribute to HR systems improvements and process modernisationProduce and analyse HR metrics to support workforce planningDeliver HR projects in line with business needsReport directly into the HR DirectorAbility to travel weekly including some overnight staysProfileA successful HR Business Partner should have:Strong, hands-on Employee Relations experience within a fast-paced environmentConfidence operating autonomously in a home-based, multi-site roleA ..... full job details .....
