Prepare and control welding and manufacturing documentation, specifications, and quality records. Oversee welder testing, qualifications, and implementation of inspection and test plans. Monitor interpass temperatures, heat input checks, and dimensional accuracy. Identify and record non-conformities, managing rectification and retesting where required. Coordinate non-destructive testing (NDT) internally and externally. Audit welding processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
