This is a varied and hands-on role supporting the day-to-day finance function, with responsibility across sales ledger, purchase ledger, credit control, and reporting.Working within manufacturing, you will liaise closely with operations, procurement, and sales teams to ensure accurate financial processing and timely reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesSales LedgerRaise and process sales invoices accurately and in a timely mannerAllocate customer receipts and reconcile accountsResolve invoice queries and discrepanciesSupport month-end revenue reportingPurchase LedgerProcess high-volume supplier invoices, including stock and overhead costsReconcile supplier statementsPrepare payment runsManage supplier queries and maintain strong relationshipsCredit ControlMonitor aged debtors and proactively chase outstanding paymentsMaintain strong customer relationshipsProduce aged debt reportsEscalate ongoing issues where requiredReporting and AdministrationAssist with monthly management accounts preparationSupport stock and cost reportingComplete bank reconciliationsMaintain accurate financial recordsProvide ad hoc financial reports as requiredAbout ..... full job details .....
