Level 3 Teaching Assistant andndash; Isle of Sheppey

We are on the hunt for an experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to bring energy, empathy, and creativity to their nursery team. If you know your way around messy play, toddler logic, and the art of turning snack time into a social event, weandrsquo;d love to hear from you. Youandrsquo;ll be joining a warm, supportive setting attached to the main primary school, where teamwork thrives and little imaginations run wild (in the best way).

Contract: Full time andndash; from September until at least July 2026

Salary: andpound;90-andpound;100 per day

What youandrsquo;ll be doing:

• Supporting learning and play in a nurturing early years environment
• Encouraging curiosity, independence, and emotional development
• Assisting with daily routines and building strong bonds with children and families
• Working closely with the class teacher and fellow TAs to deliver engaging activities
• Bringing patience, enthusiasm and a genuine love for the early years

What weandrsquo;re looking for:

• Level 3 Early Years or Teaching Assistant qualification (essential)
• Solid experience in early years settings andmdash; you get the EYFS rhythm
• Someone whoandrsquo;s calm under pressure and quick with a smile
• A real team player with a warm, caring approach
• Ready to roll up sleeves and get involved (glitter and all)
