Merchandise Accounts Payable Clerk

We can offer a salary of Salary of £37,440 (pro rata) and a friendly and supportive work environment in our head office. The Merchandise Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for supporting the Merchandise Accounts Payable Department, which manages payments to merchandise suppliers and handles related queries for both the UK and Icelandic operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance in the processing of supplier invoices and claims. The duties will include: • Conducting daily reviews of discrepancies between supplier invoices and Costco purchase orders identified through the auto-match system. • Resolving invoice discrepancies promptly to ensure supplier payments are accurate and made on time. • Receiving, logging and investigating supplier claims by liaising with buyers and/or warehouse teams. • Processing valid claims, ensuring all ..... full job details .....
