FTEWe''re looking for a HR Coordinator to support the Head of People in ensuring the smooth running of the HR function. This role will focus on operational HR delivery, coordinating processes, and providing day-to-day support to employees across the business, on a part-time basis for our extremely successful and busy Client based near Retford, Nottinghamshire.THE ROLEAs HR Coordinator, your role will include, but is not limited to:HR Administration:- Assisting with the implementation of a HR management system, maintaining employee records, recording absence / holidays / return to work, producing HR letters, ensuring data cleansing is up to date and accurateRecruitment and Onboarding:- Managing the recruitment process, scheduling interviews, delivering onboarding processTraining and Compliance:- Being responsible for the Company''s Training Matrix, sourcing and booking training courses, supporting ISO or HSEQ Audit documentation recordsEmployee Support:- Being the day-to-day contact for employees, basic HR related questions, support wellbeing and employee engagement, internal communications, managing onboarding and offboardingTHE CANDIDATEThe required skillset for a successful HR Coordinator is inclusive of:Strong attention to detailExcellent communication skillsHandling of confidential and sensitive informationExperience of managing recruitment campaigns and scheduling ..... full job details .....
