The hospital provides a therapeutic, recovery-oriented environment where individuals receive structured support within a safe and stable setting. We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to take overall responsibility for the operational, clinical, and regulatory management of the hospital. You will ensure the service remains fully compliant with HIW requirements and Welsh mental health legislation.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain full compliance with HIW regulations and Welsh Government mental health standardsLead safeguarding arrangements in accordance with Wales Safeguarding ProceduresManage incidents, complaints, investigations, and drive learning and improvementOversee staffing, recruitment, training, induction, rota planning, and supervisionEnsure appropriate staffing levels and reduce reliance on agency workersManage referrals, assessments, admissions, and occupancyComplete pre-admission assessments and confirm funding agreementsLead quality assurance activity in partnership with the Quality Compliance TeamEnsure high-quality clinical documentation and care planningManage budgets, monitor financial performance, and authorise expenditure when requiredSupport service development, strategic planning, and partnership ..... full job details .....
