Senior Quantity Surveyor position at Turner and Townsend. Join to apply for this role and contribute to major infrastructure projects.Responsibilities

Establish friendly, professional relationships with clients, colleagues and other project parties.Administer a variety of contracts in accordance with project objectives and policies.Provide accurate project cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting to completion in line with budget.Proactively monitor and manage cost variance and contract cash flow, and ensure that applications are made correctly and in a timely manner.Collaborate with client and contractor teams to manage deliverables, KPIs, and objectives including programme performance, cost control and value engineering.Manage contract change effectively to keep projects within governance and adopt best practice.Drive improvements in forecast and budget accuracy.Provide sound commercial knowledge and support to all stakeholders.Ensure final accounts are negotiated and agreed.Lead people and commissions as needed.Qualifications
