The Senior Quantity Surveyor The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will work alongside experienced professionals, contributing to projects from inception to completion. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the financial and commercial management of projects, reporting directly to senior management. Responsibilities will include: Preparation of tender and contract documents, including bills of quantitiesCost planning, cost analysis, and value engineeringProcurement advice and risk managementManaging contract administration and valuationsPreparing progress and cost reports, financial statements, and final accountsAdvising on contractual claims and dispute resolutionLiaising with clients and consultants, maintaining excellent relationshipsFor candidates working at or progressing towards Associate Director level, there will also be responsibilities for project resourcing, staff management, quality control and technical oversight.
