Overview Having won several new contracts this leading Energy Provider is seeking an experienced Project Manager to play a key role in delivering low carbon heating and cooling energy infrastructure schemes. Involving the delivery of a variety of projects ranging from new zero carbon networks, to upgrade and retrofit projects on existing systems. Operating for over 35 years, they have hundreds of staff working for them across multiple offices in the UK. Their services include the design, installation, maintenance and management of plant rooms and heat networks on behalf of local authorities, universities, factories, housing associations, private landlords and utility energy suppliers. The Role As the Project Manager you will be involved from early project development stage through to scheme close. You will be innovative and have an excellent attitude to the pro-active management of Health and Safety, delivery to time, budget, and quality; as well as overseeing compliance with Construction Regulations. Responsibilities Robust management of health and safety to industry best practice. Overall delivery of the project to its key metrics including programme, budget, and specification. Report to Board on key performance measures. Proactive management of all project risks. A clear understanding and management of project critical path, and dependencies.
