Eden Brown Synergy are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Social Worker to join Wokingham Borough Council''s Referral and Assessment Team. Duties and Responsibilities: Undertaking thorough assessments of children and families referred to the service. Managing a complex caseload, ensuring timely assessments and appropriate interventions. Identifying and responding to safeguarding concerns in line with statutory guidance. Working effectively within a multi-agency framework to support positive outcomes for children. Providing advice, guidance, and mentoring to less experienced colleagues. Ensuring high-quality recording and compliance with legislation, policy, and best practice.
