About the Role – What You’ll Do
As
People and Culture Manager
, you’ll lead the HR and people agenda across all three venues, ensuring we attract, develop, and retain top talent while maintaining compliance and fostering a positive, high-performance culture.
You will:Partner with GMs and senior leaders to drive engagement and retention strategiesOversee recruitment, onboarding, and training to ensure the best possible start for every team memberLead employee relations, providing advice and solutions that align with our values and UK employment lawDeliver initiatives that promote diversity, wellbeing, and career developmentSupport performance management, succession planning, and leadership developmentEnsure policies and procedures are up to date, compliant, and consistently appliedChampion our culture and act as an ambassador for our people-first approach
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience as a People and Culture Manager or Senior HR role in a premium or luxury hospitality environmentProven ability to build trust and influence at all levels, from front-of-house teams to senior directorsStrong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practiceA hands-on, approachable style combined with strategic thinkingExcellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skillsA genuine passion for people development and creating a positive workplace culture
