Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a school refurbishment project in Burnley, set to run over a 6-week period during the summer holidays. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected Tier 1 contractor with a strong pipeline of public-sector works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day site management and coordination of trades

• Ensuring health & safety compliance across the site

• Managing programme schedules and delivering to deadlines

• Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders

• Overseeing quality control and snagging processes

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing refurbishment projects, ideally within live or closed school environments or similar public-sector buildings

• SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid certifications

• Ability to start immediately

• Strong organisational and communication skills

Desirable:

• Experience working with Tier 1 contractors

• Background in education or healthcare refurb projects
