Industrial Electrician

Orion is working with one of the UKs leading specialists in the design and manufacture of bespoke Test & Assembly systems across various industries, with particular expertise in Aerospace. With over 50 years of experience, they pride themselves on delivering innovative solutions and high-quality products. Due to continued growth and the establishment of new business sectors, they are seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician to join their dynamic team.

Responsibilities of the Industrial Electrician:

• Assemble and wire control panels. 
•  Assemble and solder looms. 
• Carry out electrical installations both on-site and off-site. 
• Conduct panel testing.
•  Perform electrical testing and assist with system commissioning. 
• Review designs in collaboration with the design team.

 Requirements of the Industrial Electrician:

• Proven experience as an Industrial Electrician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of control panel assembly and wiring. 
•  Experience in electrical installations and commissioning. 
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and designs. 
•  Relevant electrical certifications and qualifications.
