This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in wills, probate, and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) who are looking to further their career in a supportive and professional environment. Key Responsibilities: Work collaboratively within a small, close-knit team, alongside an on-site paralegal and under the supervision of the Head of Department. Actively manage and progress cases with initiative and efficiency. Ensure accuracy and compliance in all legal documentation and casework. Provide excellent client service, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills. Candidate Requirements: Legal Experience: Essential, ideally within wills, probate, and LPA matters.
