As they continue to scale, they are seeking a commercially astute Financial Controller to lead their finance function and support strategic decision-making at the highest level. The Opportunity Reporting to the Finance Director, this is a hands-on leadership role managing a team of seven. You''ll be responsible for the delivery of accurate and timely financial reporting, supporting operational efficiency, and driving best practices across the finance department. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of the finance function. Prepare and deliver monthly management accounts with commentary. Consolidate group accounts and oversee balance sheet reconciliation. Lead payroll processing, including commissions. Prepare cash flow forecasts and manage working capital. Ensure timely VAT submissions and maintain banking relationships. Develop board packs and support board-level reporting. Liaise with external auditors and oversee the audit process.
