Head of Category Strategy and RGMGreater London

Lime Talent is excited to be partnering with a leading consumer goods business to hire a Head of Category Strategy and RGM. This is a senior leadership role with full commercial ownership for a significant portfolio, combining category strategy, revenue growth management, and team leadership to deliver sustainable growth.

The roleThe role:

Lead the development and delivery of a multi-year plan for the category, covering customer initiatives, RGM, innovation, and operational efficiencies

Shape and execute commercial plans across multiple channels, ensuring profitable delivery while meeting customer needs

Own the category’s financial performance, building forecasts and budgets, and tracking delivery against key targets

Build, coach, and inspire a talented cross-functional team

Act as a key member of the category leadership team, working closely with senior stakeholders to drive strategic priorities

The ideal candidate

Significant experience in commercial, category, or RGM roles within FMCG or consumer goods

A blend of commercial, category, and RGM experience, with the capability to step into a future Customer or Channel Director role

Strong understanding of RGM principles and how to apply them commercially

Proven ability to manage PandL performance and make data-led decisions

Excellent leadership, influencing, and relationship-building skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
