What You’ll Be Doing
Provide first-line support to customers via email and telephone, troubleshooting issues efficiently and effectively
Train new users and deliver online demonstrations of our in-house software systems
Manage support inbox queries, filing completed tickets and ensuring prompt responses
Administer Office 365 licences, user accounts, and software deployments
Remotely connect to customer systems to diagnose and resolve technical problems
Use Microsoft Excel for data formatting and importing into databases
Handle virtual machine (VM) support, onboarding of customer environments, and pipeline management
Assist with the testing and rollout of new software updates
Track and analyse recurring issues to improve long-term support outcomes
What We’re Looking For
A strong interest in IT and good working knowledge of both hardware and software systems
Awareness of current IT trends and a willingness to learn on the job
A customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic environment
IT-related qualification (preferred but not essential)
Ideally 1 year of experience in technical support and/or customer service
