This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Production Manager looking to play an integral role in streamlining processes as the company invest in new equipment.This role would suit an experienced and hands-on Production Manager from any manufacturing background. You will need both leadership and change management experience, as well as a working knowledge of LEAN principles such as 5S, Kaizen, SMED etc.The successful Production Manager will oversee the day-to-day planning of production across the site.
