Lead and manage small to medium-sized projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goalsConduct discovery sessions to understand current processes, challenges, and opportunitiesGather and document business requirements through stakeholder engagement and data analysisAnalyse data to identify root causes and assess the impact of proposed changes on financial performance, operations, and customer experienceTranslate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for technology and operational teamsBuild strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for change initiatives through clear communication and collaborationImplement change processes that support smooth transitions and adoption of new ways of workingSupport continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of innovation within the divisionAbout you

You’re a curious, analytical thinker who enjoys solving problems and driving meaningful change.
