Logistics Team Leader (Nights) Permanent West Bromwich £14 per hour (depending on experience) + 25% shift allowance 39 hours per week Sunday to Wednesday 10pm 6am and Thursday 10pm 5am We re looking for an experienced Logistics Team Leader (Nights) to join our dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will see you lead a team responsible for pick, pack, and dispatch operations during the night shift while driving continuous improvement across the warehouse. What You ll Be Doing: • Supervising and leading a team to ensure consistent, high-quality performance across pick, pack, and dispatch activities during the night shift • Setting and maintaining best practices, driving accountability, and ensuring the team meets key performance targets • Identifying and implementing new processes to improve efficiency and reduce customer complaints • Ensuring training is delivered and that performance is monitored through regular reviews • Supporting the development of operational procedures to improve performance and drive lean practices • Enforcing health and safety standards, conducting risk assessments, and contributing to a positive, safe working environment • Overseeing warehouse housekeeping and maintaining accurate inventory levels What You ll Need: • Experience in a similar logistics or warehouse leadership role • Ability to motivate, train, and manage a team effectively • Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing ..... full job details .....
