Role OverviewA leading national commercial law firm is seeking a talented Employment Solicitor (as a guide 2-6 PQE) to join its well-regarded Employment team in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and commercially focused practice offering high-quality work, genuine client exposure and long-term career development.You will join a busy and supportive Employment team advising on a broad spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. The role offers significant client responsibility, working with a diverse client base that includes owner-managed businesses, HR professionals, in-house legal teams, public and private sector organisations, and senior executives.This opportunity would suit a technically strong employment lawyer who enjoys a varied caseload and is confident delivering commercially pragmatic advice.Candidate Profile / Experience NeededApplications are welcomed from qualified solicitors (or equivalent) with 2+ years'' post-qualification experience and demonstrable experience across a full range of employment law matters, including: Employment Tribunal litigation, including whistleblowing and discrimination claimsDrafting employment contracts, policies and settlement agreementsAdvising on employee relations issues, disciplinary matters and grievancesDismissals, redundancies and restructuring exercisesCorporate support work, including TUPEWorkplace investigationsYou will be comfortable managing your own caseload with ..... full job details .....
