We are seeking a Service Manager to join our team in Ripon and Thirsk, where you ll lead and inspire teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred support. About the Role As a Service Manager, you will oversee day-to-day service delivery, ensuring compliance with regulatory and contract requirements. You will champion innovation, digital engagement, and continuous improvement to enhance the lives of those we support. Your leadership will help create a culture that values human rights, diversity, and active citizenship. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and develop teams to provide outstanding support. Drive service improvement by using data-driven insights and reflective practice. Manage financial and staffing resources efficiently to maintain high standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including families and health professionals. Support workforce development, including training, supervision, and recruitment. What We re Looking For NVQ Level 3 with a willingness to work towards Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or earlier equivalent qualifications such as Level 4 NVQ in Leadership and Management for Care Services (LMCS).
