As part of our continued growth, we re now looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our Industrial and Engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity to support our busiest team, gaining valuable industry knowledge while developing your career towards becoming a Recruitment Consultant. This is a fast-paced environment, working in a high performing team. What you ll be doing: 180 Recruitment role focusing on the resourcing side, engaging with candidates, and talking through our relevant available role Advertising vacancies on job boards and searching CV databases Social media posts Pre-screening and qualifying candidates Completing compliance checks to a Gold Standard Working closely with our delivery consultants to place candidates into roles Shadowing consultants and learning the full recruitment process What we re looking for: Strong people skills and ability to build relationships Excellent attention to detail Clear and confident communication and organisational skills Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel Driving licence What we offer: £26,000 - £27,000 Company pension scheme Private health care scheme 25 days annual leave (plus your birthday off) Ongoing training and clear career progression into a consultant role ..... full job details .....
