Personal Finance Lead
OverviewWe are seeking an experienced individual to take ownership of stabilising and improving a high net worth individual''s personal financial administration. The role is hands on and execution focused, with responsibility for personal balance sheet management, bookkeeping and cashflow control, property and project financial oversight, coordination of external advisers, and delivery of core personal financial matters such as estate planning coordination.Scope and key responsibilitiesPersonal balance sheet managementMaintain a complete, up to date personal balance sheet (assets, liabilities, guarantees, contingent items)Track all bank accounts, investment accounts, credit cards, loans, and major commitmentsSet up simple monthly reporting cash position, spending, budget versus actual, upcoming large paymentsMaintain a central documentation register statements, contracts, tax filings, policies, deedsImplement a practical bookkeeping approach suitable for a complex personal estateReconcile accounts monthly and maintain clean audit trailsOversee household spending, identify anomalies, and propose sensible controlsCoordinate timely payment of taxes, insurance, service charges, contractors, and recurring obligationsWork with advisors to identify tax considerations and optimise tax efficiency relating to personal balance sheetProperty and renovation project administrationOversee property renovation projectCoordinate financial administration for properties across multiple ..... full job details .....
