At Supply Desk, we are excited to announce an opportunity for an enthusiastic Year 6 Teacher to join a vibrant primary school in Milton Keynes. The successful applicant will inspire and lead Year 6 pupils, delivering engaging lessons that ignite a passion for learning and help students reach their full potential.

The Role/Responsibilities:

  Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons to Key Stage 2 students.

• 
  

  Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters curiosity and creativity.

• 
  

  Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs.

• 
  

  Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support where necessary.

• 
  

  Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive approach to teaching and learning andndash; including participating in meetings or curriculum planning.

• 
  

  Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and behaviour.

Ideal Candidate:

• 
  

  Hold QTS, PGCE, or an equivalent teaching qualification (unqualified teachers are also welcome to apply).

• 
  

  Previous experience teaching in a primary school, specifically in Year 6 or KS2.

• 
  

  A positive and enthusiastic approach to education with a passion for inspiring young learners.

• 
  

  Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

• 
  

  Right to work in the UK.

• 
  

  A creative and engaging teaching style, capable of making lessons fun and interactive.

• 
  

  Ability to commute to Milton Keynes.
