They are seeking a Senior Site Manager to oversee a new build scheme in South London that includes 40 one and two-bedroom apartments, constructed using traditional build methods. The project is currently at the groundworks stage, with enabling works and piling due to commence imminently. The ideal candidate must be a proven No.1 with a strong track record of delivering residential projects from inception through to completion.

Candidate Requirements

Strong experience delivering new build residential schemes

Proven experience in delivering traditional build apartments from start to finish

Experience working for reputable housebuilders

Excellent all-round construction knowledge

Strong man-management skills with the ability to lead and motivate site teams

Qualifications: First Aid, SMSTS, and CSCS
