Joining a dynamic and growing team, you will play a key role in delivering drainage-led infrastructure projects across highways, earthworks and flood risk management schemes. This is a fast-paced and varied position where no two projects are the same, giving you the chance to broaden your experience while taking ownership of projects from concept through to completion.

You will be heavily involved in project leadership, client and contractor liaison, and managing project finances, while also mentoring and supporting junior engineers within the team. The company is looking for someone with a proactive mindset who enjoys problem-solving and thrives in a collaborative environment where ideas and initiative are encouraged.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years'' UK consultancy experience within a multi-disciplinary environment and will be degree qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering. You will have strong technical knowledge of drainage design software and be actively working towards professional qualification. Experience liaising with Local Authorities and multidisciplinary design teams is essential, along with a keen interest in working across a range of sectors and projects. Additional experience in flood risk assessments, SuDS and bulk earthworks would be highly advantageous.
