This is a strategic opportunity to support the Head of Faculty by leading curriculum development, maintaining high standards in teaching and learning, and managing a team to deliver outstanding outcomes for learners. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, development and review of curriculum content to ensure it reflects current and future industry needs. Deliver up to 7.5 hours of high-quality teaching per week. Monitor and support teaching quality through lesson observations, mentoring, and structured CPD. Manage curriculum staff, supporting professional development and maintaining high performance. Collaborate across departments to embed digital tools and skills-based learning across the curriculum. Build and maintain partnerships with employers and professional bodies to inform and enhance curriculum design. Contribute to internal quality assurance processes including self-assessment and curriculum reviews. What You ll Need: A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent).
