We are seeking a caring, patient, and enthusiastic SEND SMSA to join a welcoming and supportive SEND school in Ealing.As a SEND SMSA, you will play a vital role in ensuring pupils have a safe, positive, and enjoyable lunchtime experience. You will support students with a range of additional needs, including Autism, learning difficulties, and complex needs, helping to develop their independence, social skills, and wellbeing during break and lunch periods.Key Responsibilities:Supervising pupils during lunch and break times.Supporting students with eating, personal care, and mobility where required.Encouraging positive social interaction and engagement in activities.Promoting a safe and inclusive environment for all pupils.Assisting with behaviour management in line with the school''s policies.Working closely with teaching and support staff to meet individual pupil needs.The Ideal Candidate Will Have:Experience working with children or young people with SEND (preferred but not essential).A calm, patient, and nurturing approach.Strong communication and teamwork skills.The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.A genuine passion for supporting children ..... full job details .....
