Planning Lawyer 1+ To £££This popular City firm with a well-regarded real estate team is looking to hire a versatile lawyer to advise on both contentious and non-contentious planning matters for both private and public sectors clients. This will include complex planning applications, Section 106 and 278 agreements, CPO work, enforcement issues and public enquiry work, planning due diligence on corporate transactions and general advice in respect of major development schemes in the waste sector, the affordable housing sector, as well as the private developer sector.Responsibilities
