Role Overview:

• Supervise whole classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain on task with pre-set work
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Provide support and guidance to students across a range of subjects
• Liaise with teaching staff to ensure smooth transitions and effective lesson delivery
• Foster a positive and respectful learning environment

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience working with young people (school-based experience desirable but not essential)
• Confident in managing classroom behaviour and engaging students
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible, reliable, and proactive
• Committed to safeguarding, student wellbeing, and professional development
