They have a vacancy for a qualified electrician to cover the Lewisham area carrying out Test and Inspections and EICR s within domestic social housing properties. The Role: Electrical installation testing within domestic social housing properties Produce EICR s meeting the standards of NICEIC Providing high levels of customer care when dealing with tenants and clients Ensure all Health and Safety requirements and legislation are followed including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work, and COSHH records. Requirements: 2 years experience as a qualified electrician City and Guilds NVQ Level 3 18th edition Qualification 2391 or 2394/5 Test and Inspection Part P is desirable Full UK Driving Licence No unspent criminal convictions (DBS Check to be carried out on offer of employment) The Package: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday Overtime paid at an hourly rate. Van, tools, PPE/uniform, and PDA provided.
