Building and maintaining relationships with clients and potential clients through sales activity including sales calls, site visits and networking . Nurturing a candidate base through regular communication with existing candidates and careful screening and registration of new applicants . Matching the right candidate to each role, booking them in and ensuring they have all information to carry out the task . Following compliance procedures and ensuring accuracy in all work, written and verbal A Transport and Industrial Recruitment Consultant should have: . A natural ability to build relationships, and a genuine love of getting to know people .
