Senior Manufacturing Engineer and NPI Manager - BristolWe are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Manufacturing Engineer and NPI Manager to lead the introduction of new aerospace components into production and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.In this role, you will take ownership of the New Product Introduction (NPI) lifecycle - from RFQ through to production approval - using APQP methodologies to identify and mitigate risks across manufacturing and supply chain processes.Working closely with engineering, CNC programming, production teams, and suppliers, you will ensure processes are robust, efficient, cost-effective, and compliant with regulatory and customer requirements while maintaining the highest quality standards.Hours of work: Mon-Thurs 7.30-4pm Friday 7.30-12.30.
