Senior Highway Project Engineer

BETA is seeking an experienced
Senior Highway Project Engineer
to join our team. This position will play a key role in performing highway design, developing contract plans and documents, and mentoring junior staff. The role involves collaboration across multiple service areas, assisting with business development, project pursuits, and coordinating projects with clients.Responsibilities:Perform engineering design, review, and preparation of contract documentsProvide technical oversight and mentor junior staffPrepare and review contract documents and reportsCollaborate with design team members and provide technical supportProvide client service and assist with proposal pursuitsThe position is based in BETA’s Worcester office, with flexibility to work from other office locations.
