Key Responsibilities Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completionAdvising clients on legal aspects of property transactionsDrafting legal documents and correspondenceLiaising with clients, lenders, estate agents, solicitors, and other third partiesUndertaking searches with Local Authorities, Land Registry, and other relevant bodiesArranging transfer of funds on completionReporting to clients and ensuring excellent levels of customer service throughout About You The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised, and ready to make an impact.
