Due to their continued success, they are now looking for a skilled Workshop Supervisor to join their ever-growing team. The role would be 80% of the time on the tools and 20% Supervising the workshop and completing paperwork. About your new Workshop Supervisor role Support managers in optimizing workshop operations, repairs, staffing, and downtime. Ensure compliance with standards, EHS laws, and company policies. Maintain safety, stock levels, accurate paperwork, and efficient processes. Deliver excellent service, identify opportunities, and meet goals.
