Team Leader DE74, Derbyshire £29,000 - £31,000 Monday Friday 8:00am 4:00pm 37.5 hours Looking for someone to start in January The Role This role is responsible for the effective day to day management of a team of three employees. Ensuring that processes are followed consistently, performance standards are met and team members are supported, motivated and held accountable. The Team Leader will lead by example, manage different personalities with professionalism and ensure the smooth running of daily operations through clear delegation, communication and support.
