Located in the heart of Aberdeen, Dee View Court is a 43-bed specialist care home providing expert neurorehabilitation and long-term care for adults with complex needs. Our dedicated team delivers personalised care plans in a supportive, homely environment where residents are empowered to achieve their goals and live well every day.We are now looking for a committed and experienced Senior Healthcare Assistant to join our exceptional clinical team. You will provide direct supervision, coaching and mentoring to junior staff, supporting them to achieve excellent care standards. Your responsibilities will include clinical tasks, care planning participation, accurate reporting, and promoting a positive team culture that values dignity, respect and safety.What we are looking for:SVQ/QCF Level 3 or equivalent qualificationAt least 2 years’ relevant care experienceDemonstrable leadership, supervision and mentoring skillsGood communication and computer literacy, including use of IT systems for reportingAbility to work flexibly within a team and adapt to changing needsAwareness of clinical governance, quality standards and audit processesAbout us: Dee View Court is part of Care Concern Group, a family-owned, market leading care provider with over 100 homes across the United Kingdom.
