You''ll coordinate patients, clinicians and nurses, ensuring every visit runs smoothly from arrival to departure. This role demands calm under pressure, sharp multi-tasking, and a genuinely caring approach to patient experience.DAY-TO-DAY DUTIESMeet and greet patients, ensuring their needs are fully met throughout their visitCoordinate and manage multiple complex clinical diaries across a team of optometrists and surgeonsLiaise with clinical and nursing staff and Patient Care Coordinators for seamless patient journeysAct as the initial point of contact for all patients, daily vendors, visiting clinicians and contractorsCoordinate surgical suite logistics including patient transport and post-operative eye drop administrationDispense eye drops (full training provided, including a Level 2 Dispensing Assistant Qualification)Take payments and process refunds across multiple database systemsManage all patient administration: scanning, booking, preparing templates, updating records and legal documentsGather patient feedback via questionnaires, testimonials and ..... full job details .....
