Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 or small group support for students displaying challenging behaviour

• Promote positive behaviour strategies and de-escalation techniques

• Build trusted relationships with students and act as a positive role model

• Support teachers with classroom management and intervention plans

• Assist with daily routines and the emotional well being of students

• Experience working with young people, ideally in an educational or care setting

• Understanding of behavioural needs, SEMH, or additional learning needs

• Resilient, calm, and confident approach to managing challenging situations

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
